What exactly do you mean? While designing the page or have the object rotate on the page online?:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

If you are using CSS3 you would use

div
{
transform: rotate(30deg);
-ms-transform: rotate(30deg); /* IE 9 */
-webkit-transform: rotate(30deg); /* Safari and Chrome */
-o-transform: rotate(30deg); /* Opera */
-moz-transform: rotate(30deg); /* Firefox */
}

And just change the deg to what you would like it rotated to.
