You would need to add another Upload element for a multiple uploads option.

Hi Adam.. another quick issue is that my client has been having issues that the email request/confirmation text is not formatted correctly when viewing on iPhone as well as on Thunderbird. The problem is when receiving his email requests and viewing the confirmation (email for testing) text appears on top single line for each word. Not formatted properly - Is this something that can be corrected?
