Hello wishing all a very Healthy and Happy 2019!
For the New Year I will be updating one our sites originally made with RSD 1.5 - to SDV3 in a complete remake from scratch.

Question: As far as a paragraph Font Size what would be recommended? Is using across all screen sizes a font size of 1em with a 1.25 em line height be considered good?

Question: Font Type - For easy to read what do most actually use? Did searching and wondering about using Veranda or Open Sans or Helvetica any thoughts.?

Thanks in advance - Ray

Hi Ray, Happy new year to you too!

Here is a 'psychologic' font chart. As you see, it depends on what you want to convey:

Personally I like the sans serif type.
1rem (= 16px) is the recommended font size for normal text

Hello Inger thanks for the reply and glad that you confirmed the 1 rem size is recommended.
Hopefully by Feb I can get the site redone.
My biggest thing I want to change is that menu but will ask questions later on the SD V3 forum along with other questions.

When I said 'sans serif type', I meant the fonts without serifs generally, not only the one by the name of SansSerif.

No problem opening that link for me.

Hi Inger,
Thanks I got what you meant about sans serif type, spending time to today to pick the one I will be using for now on. Have a nice day - have much snow ? Been wet here but only 7 inches of snow all season so far and that was back in early Dec.
