Hiya Joy,

Not sure if this will be the issue or not, but have them check the zoom setting on their browser. Could be it's zoomed in too far.

Joy,

I would also suggest that you change your favicon. It currently has the Hostmonster icon...

So this issue appears to be Safari
He uses Safari on his iPad & Mac laptop- When he enters his website two of the four pages appear to have problems.
example: the heading "Metal Recycling" will appear in two lines and it drops down into the picture making it unreadable :/
I've never had an issue like this happen before so not quite sure where to look to solve the problem.

It might be that he doesn't have Lucida Sans Unicode on his computer, so sees a substitute font that has a larger 'footprint'. It seems Lucida S.U. is common to PCs, while Lucida Grande is the Mac version. But we don't know what his default font is.
(It shows just fine for me in Safari on a PC, but I have Lucida S. U.)

Also, in VSD, check the size of your text boxes and make sure you don't have empty spaces under your titles. If so, just backspace until you get to the actual text to get rid of them.

Let us know if you get it figured out, or if we need to dig deeper :D

Happened to notice that METAL RECYCLING has a couple of letters out of sequence on your Metal Supply page...
