abodude, they're talking about Coffee Cup's SDrive hosting*, which includes a "Stream" with each site. The Stream can be used for blogging. You can include photos and videos as well as text.
So, you can create your Stream/blog on SDrive, but you can 'pull' it into a site hosted anywhere, the site itself doesn't have to be on SDrive. I have my Stream embedded in my non-SDrive site here: https://www.callendales.com/blog.html
To add/edit posts, I log into my Coffee Cup account, those changes instantly show up on the Stream within my site.
If I ever change my site, I can move or re-insert the Stream code anywhere I want it to show up.

(*Unlike traditional hosting, which requires FTP, SDrive is accessable with a username and password. The most-used Coffee Cup products also connect to SDrive for quick, easy uploading.)

Does anyone know if the streams option still exists? I'm able to find help files on how it works, but I can't locate it in the s-drive. I know this thread is over a decade old, but… time to revive

Hover on the "Hi There!" in the top menu right.
Then select Your S-Dive.
Your Stream will be at the top.
