i just purchased the graphics package over the weekend only to find that they are WISP files. i do not want to purchase the web image studio. i would just like to use them in photoshop. is there any conversion?
You need to open the files in WIS and export them to a different file format.

Sorry, but you cannot open the WISP files in Photoshop. You need Web Image Studio for that. You can download a trial version of Web Image Studio here http://www.coffeecup.com/web-image-studio/ then what you do is convert the files to PNG or JPEG so that you could use them in Photoshop.
Hope this helps.

but if i save as a jpg or png they will not be editable............. correct? so in essence they are useless for me to customize unless i also purchase and use the web image studio?
does anyone know i can sell the graphics i bought? or get a refund?

You can edit a PNG and JPEG in Photoshop... They will not be as editable as they would be in Web Image Studio... It is a great program, I use the Lite version CC gave to me for Christmas, love it.
Give it a try and see what you think, it is well work the money.

Samantha why would you bother with trying to edit them in Photoshop? They are vector files yes, but they are specifically setup in Web Image Studio program which is much quicker to use than Photoshop ever will be. Try not to see the negative and give it a more thorough trial and see how it works. It's a lot better than you're giving it credit for.
P.S. the files are specifically made for Web Image Studio, I'm pretty sure the images pack information tells you that if you read the page on them, but I'll double check that for sure.

I agree with Jo Ann, f you think Photoshop is easy to use... Then you should look at WIS, it is a LOT easier to use the PSP. What I like about it is that not only can you edit the pics but you can edit every little layer of the image. Give WIS a try... As I said earlier it worth the money to get, and trust me I am cheap...

i have no interest in using another program. especially since i have to BUY THAT OTHER PROGRAM! seriously.
im sure your program works great with your files. the problem is that on the graphics bundle page, it does not say "REQUIRES COFFEE CUP'S OWN GRAPHICS PROGRAM TO USE THE FILES".
i was intersted in the graphics when i made this purchase, not another graphics program. otherwise i would have bought that too.

You can download the free version... You do not have to pay to convert them. But yes, you are correct it does not say that "REQUIRES COFFEE CUP'S OWN GRAPHICS PROGRAM TO USE THE FILES". But I will send that to CC to see if they can get that changed.
