Hi, I recently upgraded to 5.8.5 and now can't upload any photos as it keeps telling me I'm out of memory even though I've got loads. have tried reloading but to no avail. Have tried loading same photos in other applications with no problems so I know it's a problem with VSD. Please can anyone help as I now can't use it?

Hi,
When you upgraded, did you:
1- uninstall the old program
2- reboot your computer
3- install the program
4- reboot
These steps seem to be even more important with Vista (if you are using it)

Hi, i have uninstalled ane re-installed but did not re-boot. I am using XP but I'll give it a go. Will let you know.

Hi,
I have done what you suggested and it has made no difference, I still can't use it. Looking in your website, someone else has had the same problem but no-one came up with a solution for them either. Can i not just reload an older version and if so how would I access it?

Sorry, didn't realise. I have emailed them, just waiting for a reply. It's so frustrating when it worked perfectly well before. as they say, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'

I have the same problem now and the image IS very small. Has anyone figured out the challenge??

Seems to be a BUG. I tried to do a 77 K graphic in a new website and it gave memory error messages. Re-boot did nothing to correct. I will have no choice but to dump the program.
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
