Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

It really depends on what your doing with your site. I often wonder when information like this will become more visible similar to the tracking cookie laws in the uk. I'm working on adding some custom content like this to one of my sites now but it would be user controllable because it's a subscription site.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

This is a site I built for my work.(RSD)

I would have to agree with Eric. This all depends on what type of site you have. As it is explained in the article there are only a few "sections" of a website I would use it on.

I think the main idea is that "responsive" should go beyond just making a site respond to devices. A responsive site should respond to the user as well as the situation in which the user exists. It makes you think about both the site design AND the user experience within the user's context.

Well, I did watch a show on how some companies are targeting different people of different ages, races, and locations and displaying different content (and in some cases) prices. for example, someone in California would be on mysite.com looking to buy a bilbo watch, they see a price of $100 whereas someone in West Virginia is on the same website, same page, same watch, but sees the price of $50.

That is in play now... I think it unfair. The only reason someone should charge more for the same thing, is if someone is still using IE8 or another outdated browser!
