Just Gotta Say I'm Digging CC HTML...

Several years ago I was very much in to the whole web site development thing. Back then I was using HomeSite (up to ver 5.5). I always really liked HomeSite and was very comfortable using it, but now HomeSite no longer exists and I'm not certain if my version of HomeSite would even install on Win 7. It probably would with some coaxing, but why bother?

So, I purchased CoffeeCup HTML Editor and I have to say that I am very much digging it. I mean I really, really like it.

Awesome, awesome job on this software.

Peace and love

Great that you love CC's HTML Editor as much as most of us, but back then, about the same time Homesite was popular, I indulged myself with Evrsoft's 1stpage Editor.

However I still recall that my first few forays into this HTML shenanigans was a fairly simple and straightforward text editor from Coffee Cup software. It has now grown so much and with the advent of the 2010's version, describing it as awesome simply doesn't cut it. No brainers then, that it is award winning.
My tee shirt site http://www.teedojo.com, warmly and fuzzily done with SCC + SCD. I kinda like it even if I've yet to sell any shirts! Hah!

Catch me and say hi!. I don't bite, but I will help you with your website so you can kickstart your web presence today.

One of my first website creators was Homesite 1.0. I liked it very much for it's simplicity. The next app I used was like you, Mar, the 1st Page 2000. But then I discovered the CC html Editor, and the rest is history, as they say... ;)

Another 1st Page 2000 refugee here. Built most of my sites with it, and then watched as the ever-promised upgrades and fixes never materialized, and the forum was all-but deserted by the support team. It was a great program in the earlier version, but the long-awaited latest-&-greatest version had a lot of issues that were never adequately addressed.

Got the CoffeeCup HTML Editor about 3 years ago and eventually started using it. It's good, and it's updated frequently enough to satisfy my needs.

For me it was love at first sight, and even after quite some years and quite a few web sites, I still adore it and never use anything else for my editing. My brief betrayal was during a university course when I was obliged to use another application for a few months... but in the end, I had my way and convinced the prof that I could get everything done just as well (if not better) with my loved one, CC HTML!
