Is there a current book on jquery that someone can recommend? Maybe even a good online course?

If you search jquery tutorial. you can pick stuff that fits your needs.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Sure I could search google and other search engines all day and watch youtube and attend udemy or other courses, but for this old dog a book seems the best learning mode. I still can't stand e-books and the JQuery official docs are a bit thin if you have not been a player for long. It seems to me that JQuery is reaching closer to it's end days than it is being in it's prime. Eric, you really seem to be the master in the CC universe. Have you been working with the JS library for long?

Still looking for a current book, or strong advice that say stop looking into it, it's a dead horse...or soon to be. Stick to plain old JS, skip the JS Helper classes. All of this advice is of course in the realm of CC aps.

I learned by need. If I needed to implement a certain feature, I researched doing it and that research leads to more learning along the way. This way I'm not learning things I probably won't use. Jquery is a huge library and sitting down and learning everything would take a long time.
