I have written a VSD guide for this in this VSD forum Link at end

If you want for instance high page ranking as you are suggesting for "Literal Concepts" it would be wise to include those two words in your page description, and your URL, and your keywords, and your content ALL on at least one page, probably the about me page.

This applies to all other search criteria !!!!!! ie another page different words

Russell, The other thing to remember is what will users search for? If I'm a consumer looking for help with pictures of floor plans the name of your company means nothing to me. You want to be found for what service or product you supply not your name. Literal Concepts says nothing about your product or service. Sure you want to come up high in searches if I type your companies name but that would be expected if I was looking for a company that I know exist.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Eric i thought he might be thinking about word of mouth , hence he wants his name to come up

Hopefully if he reads my guide he will get the rest from that ;)

Sorry guys I was oout of town yesterday. I will definately read the guide, thanks.
Eric I plan on marketing the site by word of mouth and direct contact with realtors. I also own a photography business www.davidoffphotography.com I suppose this has at least the word photography in it. Thanks for the help

Think of your page title and your page description as your shop front

You want your search result in google to look inticing and its the page title and the page descriptions that your prospective clients are going to see FIRST, and first impressions count.

i work on 1 page one set of keywords so that whichever page google finds is of interest :: and if 5 different pages get '
#1 #2 #3 #4 they all have different content to look at

Word of mouth is good, google is a bonus
