Hiya tmate,

You're going to need to purchase the new form builder if you want it to work in mobile devices as the one you are trying to use is the flash version and most mobile devices are not capable of reading flash files. The new and improved rewrite to the program is an html and css version and should work great for your needs. You'll need to purchase this program as it's a new program all on it's own since it's no longer a flash program. Good luck on it and give a holler if you need assistance with the new one.

I purchased a form builder version some months back... It's very confusing the versions... I don't see a new form builder on the site and wonder what it was I purchased.

yep that's the HTML program. No more flash in that one. The old one is now called Web Form Builder Classic which is the one you have. If you bought the one you have now just recently, you may be able to see if CC will give you a discount on the new one, but I won't hold my breath as they emailed all the users of the old one quite a few times with discounts so they may not continue to extend that.

It's well worth the purchase though. Although it may "seem" like it's an upgrade, it's truly a completely different program as it's fully recoded from scratch to work entirely different than the Classic version. There's a lot more involved in doing it with HTML and CSS, but it's a whole lot more functional too. A lot more functions are coming too. You can see the feature list on this page, just scroll down a bit:
