I have a couple of old flash videos on a 7 years old website. At the moment I'm redesigning that site, and I would like to be able to use the videos. What is the best file format to convert to?
Also, a recommendation for some good, free converter would be appreciated.

I would say mp4 would be the best if your only going to offer one option. There are tons of free video converters out there. I've tried some a few years ago but now have other video editing software that does it for me.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Thanks, Eric. Not sure if I will use the videos, though, they are not particularly good. I might get some new videos next season instead.
