I built a site in VSD for our local riding club, of which I am a committee member! One of the services we provide is subsidised tuition for our members. At the moment, we have an on-line booking form (built with web form builder), but members have asked if there is a way that we can integrate some kind of appointment booking system, so that when booking, they can see if the slot they want is available or booked. It was also be very labour saving for those ladies that book these sessions.

Does anyone know of a simple(ish) solution?

Hi Bruzer, i seem to have a problem. On alternate months, we have different trainers come to teach our members. One teaches four people for an hour, the other teaches 2 people for 45 minutes. I need to be able to use these timings/amounts of people on alternate months. PHPjabbers said they could make one of the changes for an extra $35, and the other for another $35. I asked them to confirm exactly what they were going to do for me before I paid all that money, and I haven't heard from them again! I don't think they want my business, so I'm back to square one. Perhaps my requirements are too specific?
