This will be a simple solution, and I will feel really silly when some one points out what it is, but I'm tired of looking for what is the issue.

www.robidesigns.com/scouts/index.html I want to get the two footers at the bottom to be touching basically. I'm not sure if the way I have done it is the best way. Any and all help will, as always, be greatly appreciated.
