As for the second question, you can increase your google page rank(the google pagerank formula gives me a bad headache) by adding content to your site, adding links to your site, getting others to link to your site. Modify param name="movie" value= " and the embed src= lines

By modifying and displaying the insert code of the rss feed, others will copy/paste your feed to their site and link to your site it providing your feed has useful content in it.
