Just perusing the forums before I head off to bed here. Lunch time would be in approx. 7 hours give or take a couple. It's around 4:30 or 5:30 am where they are so I don't think it will be for a while yet

I sent in under help almost the same time this was posted and they are working on it I am sure it will get worked out

I am getting the same problem. I went and looked and saw I had an old version still installed under a different name and decided to uninstall both versions. Then reinstall the latest version and I still get the same error.
I am using windows xp and One Care and it just ran a complete update last night on my system.
