I have been using Password Wizard quite successfully until my client discovered that on searching for a text string (an actor's name on a page containing vidoe casting sessions) on a password protected page the page came up and was accessible from Google.

If I switch to Website Access Manager will I get the same problem?

WAM uses htaccess to protect the pages so you should be good to go.

Tom is correct. WAM uses HTACESS and the password wizard does not. HTACESS WILL prevent google from indexing. In the future, you can also just add a robot.txt file to your server excluding certain pages from being indexed by Google.
