A Membership site for a Georgia Artists Association. This will need to cover paid membership sign-up, payment, and management, member benefits, member classes and juried show sign-ups and payment processing.

The Membership web functionality would need to include:
Membership Application
Membership Status including dates, membership type, payment history, and membership activity history i.e. shows, purchases, etc.
Payment Processing including recurring payments i.e. auto pay (i.e. paypal)
Member Notifications, Newsletter, upcoming Shows, Notice of payments due/paid
Member Benefit Management
Private and Public web access areas
Member Directory
Paid Member Gallery (i.e. thumbnails with link out to member's website)
Interactive Calendar

You can use Web Form Builder for the registration and payments and have that post to MailChimp. You can then in Website Access Manager sync MailChimp into the software to create accounts.

Thanks Scott,, I was wondering more for the management side of things

i:e member notifications Notice of payments due/paid Member benfefit management (whatever that means)
Membership status/type Payment History member activity etc

If your going to use Paypal's recurring payment option use their API to process the payment and alter user info in a database. I do this now on one of my sites.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Thanks but.....
You have lost me there,, I am having a bit of trouble trying to see how to get reports like the client wants to see,, from a database,, let alone altering records,, (still in thinking about how to go about it at the moment)
