I am having trouble going live. It comes up with this error. I have double checked my domain name and it is correct.

Does the shop folder exist in that location?

Hello Marion,

You have adoptadane.com twice in your path.

Take a look at your FTP settings once again and remove the adoptadane.com that comes after the /shop/

Marion, when you are setting up your 'Server' in SCCP follow this format ...
Select FTP Account
Add/Edit your server information, you should get the bottom box
Put in your server log in information.
This should be adoptadane.com.au (not sure you need the ftp in front of it)
Put in your username and password. Use 'passive' mode.
press OK to close that box
Select your hosting provider, if listed.
put in the remote folder ( the folder you want your shop to reside in). Us the slashes front and back!
You should not have to create this folder ahead of time.
See if it will publish with no errors. If not, you may need that ftp in front of your domain, or your password or username may be wrong. You may also need to make sure you have 'write' permission for the directory you are trying to upload to.

Let us know how it goes.
