I've tried a few times to use WAM and have given up on several occasions. I've got to buckle down and figure it out. I can't seem to get past the login information. It's asking for my FTP login that I should get from my host. S-Drive is my host and I'm using my CoffeeCup login info. Is this the correct information? How do I fill in the attached form? Thanks.

Hi Jenifer,
You can't use WAM on S-Drive as CC has the server locked down from any custom php scripts and htaccess customizations. If you want to familiarize yourself with WAM give it a go on a different host. :)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I'm having problems logging in. I enter the FTP settings and the log shows some progress in requesting directory, but it disconnects after a while without logging in.

Hiya Karl,

I would suggest you open a support ticket with CoffeeCup so they can help you with this issue as you can share information with them that you shouldn't do on the forums here. I'm assuming it's just that some of the info is incorrectly setup in the account information, but... as I said, better to share things with them so they can test it than to put it on here at all. Good luck and let us know how it goes :)

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
