I totally disappointed with the Form Builder Software. I think i wasted my money. The form designer is so simple so much so it is useless. All i could do was develop a straight down form. It has no multi-column feature. Even the header and footer component is hopeless.

I felt like seeking for a refund.

So why have you posted this in the "Web Access Manager " Forum

did you try setting the form field to different widths so that they go in a column
How About any of the Templates ? did you even try one of those ?

I use Web-Form Builder for all of my forms,, and they are stunning, perhaps you need a bit more practice

and perhaps you should have tried before you buyed (free trial available still !!!!)

You can have up to 5 columns in the form builder. Set your elements for 20% width. ;)
