Your form could not be submitted for...
I am new to posting forms but I created a very small feedback form which worked on one of my sites several months ago. Recently a new client asked me to put a registration form on their site, which I created, however, every time I click on the submit button, I get the following error:
Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
•Warning: [ err 2/line 391/config.cls.php] session_start(): open(/var/php_sessions/sess_b2497c822247e50eff83788aca458d71, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2)
Here is the real strange part, I tried a simple contact form and I still get the same error, then I copied the form which I have on my other site and again same error. The one I copied from my other site is also hosted by the same host plan provider.
Site is peterboroughseniorshockey.ca and you can click on the registration, schedules or contact us button...nothing else is working as I am just in the process of creating this site. The host provider is ipage.com. and I am using version 2.4 of web-form builder.
Help would really be appreciated.

You probably don't have session's enabled on your host. If you post a link to your form we can test it for you.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hello,
Unfortunately your server does not meet the minimum server requirements to use this software. Please see http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … m-builder/ for the full requirements.
This is caused by PHP Sessions not being enabled on your server. All you need to do is contact your hosting provider and have them enable PHP Sessions and your form will start to work.
Alternatively, if they cannot enable PHP Sessions, you can publish to S-Drive as our servers do have PHP Sessions enabled.

Thank you....I will contact them....I would assume that it is just a matter of enabling php sessions, as the forms are working on another one of my sites hosted by the same provider.
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
