I received an email from CC today, saying that RED and WFB worked great together. I was setting up a form to be published online. We were going to send emails with the link. If I can instead send the form via email using these two programs, it would make it much more likely the customer would respond.
So, where are the "how-to" guides for setting this up? I'm fine for responsive design and I understand WFB well enough. How do I embed the form in an email, so the customer fills it out, and I get the response similar to I would get if they did an online form. Would it be just a "reply to" with the answers, or would it use a "submit" button (the latter is what I expect).
I do not use the S-Drive, but I'm OK with hosting everything external online.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction,
Don

Hi Don.
You wouldn't embed the form in your email but you would insert a link for users to click on that would take them to your form.
