Lloyd,

You can check what pop has installed by creating a file called pho info.php and uploading it to you website. In the file should be the following statement:

<? Php
Phpinfo;
?>

Go to your website and make sure the file is in your root folder. Run it and check the results under the Sessions heading to make sure it says enabled.

Phil,

Did you try sending emails to these emails from a mail service like gmail, aol, etc. to make sure the ISP isn't blocking them. Another issue is that some ISP's are starting to block some types of mail as spam. I would check with the mail provider to see if this is the case.

Sorry, the file should be called phpinfo.php not pho info.php. I was using a tablet that likes to change what I type.

I forgot about this - going to try it and let you know but back in Febuary of this year it fixed my problems

Under C Panel Hosting go the MX entry icon pick your url and make sure remote mail exchanger is checked and not the local mail exchanger button.

Let me know

Byron,

The account doesn't have C Panel. The email is setup through the Office 365 and the email has been working fine.

In the root ftp directory there is a folder - tmp - someone else mentioned this folder is used with forms. My dir does have the tmp folder but, it is empty. If you have this folder in your dir does it have a file in it?

Thanks,
Lloyd
