Need some help changing the look of the returned email. Things I would like to change, putting multi return fields on one line. Like city, state, zip code. My return email display select tryout position and response is on one line using whole page.
I need to compress return email to one page of information instead of two pages of one liners.

Hey there,
Someone filled out your form, and here's what they said:

Select Tryout Level: 16U Midget American $150
Select Position: Defense
Players Full Name: Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Birthdate: 11/05/19xx
Select an option: Father
Name: Richard xxxxxxxxxx

Can someone point me in the right direction over which file to play with to change this so multiple answers show up on one line. Like this.

Hi Bud welcome to the forums.

If i understand right you should be making your changes here:

You see how i have it initially. Well you can select the drop down and re work it by field name.

Here is how i would get it to show multiple entries on one line: In my example i wanted all the form entries to show up on the name line.

Actually, you'd need to edit the form settings of the top email settings for the Notification Message, that's the one that sends the email to the form owner. At least to do the setup you want done it's that one. You can edit the other one too any way you like, but that bottom one goes to the user not the owner.

Also be sure to remove the [_form_results_] box from your page so it doesn't duplicate the results as that is the default results setup for the fields.

You can also edit the Subject line (top of Steve's screen shots) to anything you want it to be. This helps when you want to put something specific in there so you can trust it easier in email filters and rules so it doesn't ever end up in spam, and it gives you a more recognizable line to know exactly where it's from and why and you will know it's not spam etc. You can use fields in it the same as you would in the email body by selecting them from the drop down at the bottom. This gives you the ability to address a person's name or title or any other field right into the subject. Pretty slick! :)

I want to thank you both for the idea's. It worked and the ladies that are getting these emails to enter are very happy. Next step is getting a secure form for credit card information. Out of my league so web hocting people are looking into it.
Thanks again.

Why do you need that? If you collect payment through WFB and use your paypal account, then all the information is collected and processed on paypals secure site. You really don't need to collect any information on your site...unless you're doing something different??
