Hello everyone,
I have 2 forms made with form builder and hosted on S drive. They are on two different urls. The main contact for both (the one who should get they "hey! someone filled out your form" email) have a comcast email and neither one get the notification email. I have it set up to bcc me and I get them and so does my wife both on gmail and her work email so everyone is on different servers. The common problem seems to be with comcast.
So...is there a known issue with comcast? A work-around? Any suggestions? I can forward the email to them and they get it just fine, but they do not get the original notification nor does it bounce back to me saying deliverable.
Thanks,
MJ
P.S. these are both comcast.net addresses in the Nashville, TN market ...in case that matters.

Hi Mark,
Is it possible they are going to spam or junk? I use wfb all the time and my emails make it to multiple different hosts without any issues.
You might want to check with your isp and see if they are getting blocked at the server level.

I have Comcast and I don't have any issues. In your case, there are several places it could be being blocked.
1. The first place to look is like Steve said, the spam filter. This is the most common cause that I've found. If you find it in the spam filter, the quickest fix is usually to make sure the sender address is added to the contacts.
2. Have the user go into their Comcast account settings (in their online account) and turn off spam filtering. (If they are logged into email, go to preferences which will have a link to take them to their account settings.)
3. You also need to consider whether the person is using Comcast's web email or if they are using a particular piece of email software like Outlook or Thunderbird. If so, most email programs have some type of spam filter.
4. Many antivirus programs have spam filters as well.
5. You might also run a quick check to see if his web site or ip address has been blacklisted.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

Thanks for the input, guys.
We had already tried most of the suggestions to no avail. What I did was set up an email address through the url they have...like joeblow@123.com and simply forwarded it to their comcast.net email...they get it that way. huh? oh well. whatever works.
Thanks again for the awesome help and advice here and on other boards as well.
