Cool! I have the "Lite" version. $129 for the whole version is a bit steep. I'm considering my options.

Sorry Richard, it is not your fault, it is mine, and also due to something that hasn't been fixed in SD yet. They have added PHP support, but not yet found how to preserve PHP files in components, so I had made it into just a zipped project file. It would have worked fine for people who start a project with this file, but I understand that you have already started quite a while ago.

I have now made it work as a regular component via a workaround, I call it an 'image hack'.

Now, download and unzip this file, then import it the normal way into SD Foundation. You should then be able to add it to your file. After that, open the Page manager and change one thing: Where it says Extension you will probably see HTML. Change it to read PHP. The page on which the form appears will now be a PHP page, and when you refer to it in the navigation, you need to call it whatever.php.
And also, make those changes to the PHP file that I have mentioned here:
https://mock-up.coffeecup.com/f-comps/f-basic-form.html

I got a bit further, Inger, but I received an error message when I tried to add it to project (it did import]. It said, "This item has been created with build 3507 of RSD which is not compatible with your current build. Want to know about the latest features? Click on the button below."

The button says, "Upgrade Now!" However, I have the latest version of Site Designer - version 5.0 build 3499. At least I think that is the latest version.

I am at a standstill. I am unfamiliar with PHP and do not understand what needs to be done. In frustration, I bought Web Form Builder (the price is pretty steep for something I will probably only use once, but I noticed a bundle of stuff for the same price as buying WFD alone, so, I splurged), but I cannot figure it out. I'm having an issue similar to that in this thread: https://www.coffeecup.com/forums/web-fo … rm-email/, but still having difficulty. Pretty soon, I will be bald from tearing my hair out. I have a little form thing I made online with JotForm [free plan] that works, but it has their gaudy brand stuff on it and the paid plans would turn out to be very expensive. Time to count my losses and surrender? I could use my Snitz Forums software and use a very simple forum, but that would be overkill for the site I am trying to build. Just need a place where visitors can leave a comment. Thought it would be easy. Ha ha!
