Just tried to upgrade to WFB 2.9 but the price is $99. I have checked back and I did not receive any email offer of $9.

That offer was over 12 months ago.

I'm now aware having looked at the dates of previous posts that it was over a year ago but I was just pointing out that I did nor receive an email with the offer.
I have 7 forms on my site and after trying Form Builder Beta, decided to carry on with WFB v2.5.
As we are a charity, I cannot justify spending $99 for WFB v2.9.

What is the difference, if any, between WFB 2.5 and the new 2.9 version? What are the real benefits? If there are major benefits I may want to upgrade. Thanks much all.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

Just tried updating my site forms created with webform builder as I noticed the captcha no longer works. Using webform builder 2.5. I also did not get an upgrade offer to v2.9 well over a year ago. (i save my emails for 2 yrs before deleting, didnt find one from coffeecup, sorry). Appears the new captcha will not work with webform builder 2.5.. Not willing to put out $129 usd which is 170 Canadian. Any other ideas? I bought all of coffeecup software many years ago that promised free upgrades for life. yah yah, I know the routine, but geez, everytime you turn around coffeecup is asking for more money. Unless I can find a fix, I will have to find other software to use. Sorry coffeecup, but enough is enough. And I have bought even more of there stuff over the last 18 years. If I made money off my site, it wouldnt be a problem, but I dont make hardly enough to cover costs. I provide a site (sled-sask) for snowmobile info here in Saskatchewan Canada. Sorry to vent, just upset about this as I need this fixed asap.

Hi Rockman, if you go to https://www.coffeecup.com/help/myproducts/ then beside Web Form Builder there should be a button to upgrade, this should give you a discounted price :)

Well now today it shows $99. Still too much. Tried using the free form builder but the captcha doesn't work either. Guess I use a form without captcha, don't like too, but whatever.

If you search you will find code to add your own type of captcha.

Something simple like answer 4 + 4.

Rockman, if your form is not very complex, and if your site is based on either Foundation or Bootsrap, you could try the one I have in my sharing library. You find the URL in my signature. I have used 'Regular expressions' for a captcha.
