I'm getting Runtime Error on FB files now.

Opening a backup file that works, saving it and it goes from 517 kb to 395 kb.
Trying to reopen the file ends with Visual c++ Runtime library runtime error.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled visual c++ (all versions) on my computer, same with WFB several times.
No luck...

Installed WFB on another computer. Changed a few things in the file, everything looked good. Then I tried to add a photo and the file would not open again.
Did a file restore in Dropbox and was able to open the file. When saving the file it gets corrupted.

Now I'm not able to edit FB docs anymore...

Opened a support ticket, but knows that it will take time to get an answer.

The form is pretty big and takes some hours to reproduce...

Hi Frank,
I'm sorry your having problems. I would be patient and wait for CC to answer your support topic. It seems like I remember another user having the same issue. Without a good CC site search box it's difficult to search this site to find anything. Hopefully CC will be able to help you.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I find that the Google facility for searching within a website is often best. For example, putting into Google's search box (without the inverted commas) 'site:https://www.coffeecup.com visual c++' turns up several similar threads in these forums, and, in my view, the answers in those threads confirm the wisdom of Eric's advice.
