I have put an upload form field in my form and added to allow Excel files, so the extension is xlxs and attach to email and use max file file size 9192 KB (what the program says is the max file size).
It tells me to: Please enter a value with a valid extension - when I went to test it. Does it on all the xcel files I try - - Any thoughts?

I think it it should be extension .csv

HMM normally it gives you a choice of extensions (save as (then dropdown menu,, --- choose CSV)

only list on mine txt, jpg, png, gif. I can write in xlxs will try csv but that is normally an export from Excel -

Didn't work - csv is one of the extensions that you can export but xlsx in the native extension. Will try dropping and adding and then clear my cache etc again.

Don't know why but that seemed to do it. When you attach a file does that make it take a lot longer to receive? It sent from the form but many minutes have passed and not rec'd it yet
