Hi - my themes browser shows a blank black screen and has nothing listed. When i try to import the themes from program files it says 'this theme is corrupt - try downloading the program again;'
I have tried several downloads / re-installations and nothing works. Any Suggestions?
Regards

Hi Tony,
Open a support topic.
I think they will have you manually delete a certain file. I can't remember which one it is at the moment.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

It's most likely the SharedSettings.ccs that you find in c:\users\[your user name]\AppData\roaming. But wait! don't delete it, you may lose other important stuff, like all the server settings in DFTP. Instead, just move it to somewhere else (desktop), and then let it be recreated by the system. Reinstall the programme, and then hopefully you have your themes back. Then it should be possible to move the original SharedSettings.ccs back.

I have used this method a couple of times with RSD, where I also have had themes or components missing, and it has always worked just fine.

Have tried this three times - including restarts in-between - no luck. It is just the same - blank theme window and a corrupt file message if i try to import direct from the 'themes directory'.
Should i put the Shared Settings.css back?

I opened a support topic three days ago, but no reply yet. I tried Inger's suggestion below with no luck either.

Hi Tony,

Please be patient with CC right now. They were dealing with the fallout of Hurricane Irma. They will reach out to you as soon as they can.

Thanks

Inger, As Steve ssid Yes it became a Tropical Storm going into Georgia and as of 3 pm today according to Georgia Power they had over 600,000 with no power. Friends of ours have had no power for 2 days now in Americus GA.
So hoping all at CC are ok.
