I have deleted about 100 submissions from the same person on my S-Drive Forms. Is there any way to block someone?

if it's a real person then it's difficult (except if they use the same IP address in which case block the Ip address wiyh the hosting service)
if it's a robot spammy thing then use Recaptcha
