Eric you are correct sir that is not a CC form, I removed the one I did in CC due to the fact the height was wrong and no matter what I did I could not resize it like the one I did in bootstrap.

I would prefer to use a CC form but correct me if I am wrong, there is no way create a new CC form and say width 300 height 500 and insert the elements in and they remain at that size.

I would love to see a responsive WFB sample like the one I did.

Was the cc form using the Colorbox like your current one?

Thanks for the reply. Here is what I did to aid in getting my question answered:

www.marylandgreenprint.com has the CC form installed it is huge and no matter what I tried would not change in Height!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

www.gtssite.com has the form I did which is what I want in Height and Width

So my question is can I make the CC form to display into a predefined box.

I am so bad at explaining things and I apologize but it is simple I want the CC form to match the one in www.gtssite.com in both Height and width.

I am not worried about the Captcha not working I can fix that later
