Hi all, I've done many web forms using this product. This particular one I did on a test site first, then uploaded it to the correct one when I was happy with it and the customer was happy with it. However, it's not showing on the page

the site was done in Visual Site designer, and the menu in easy button and menu maker. Any ideas? It worked fine on the test site.

Your membershipCRC.php is missing or in the wrong directory.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I've deleted the whole thing and started again, and still it won't show.

If you look in your html, you will see this:

Notice that everywhere you see membershipCRC.php there is no path in front of it. That means it is trying to locate that file within the same folder as membership.html.
That means that the most likely problem is one of two things:
1. membershipCRC.php (and perhaps the other WFB folders created during export) is in the wrong folder
2. membershipCRC.php is in the correct folder, but you did not upload the other WFB folders that were created during export
