I had my forms working fine on my hosting, then I moved them to my client hosting and now some of the features don't work ... mostly the redirect to a new page.

Can anyone tell me if there is anything missing in this PHP info page?

Thanks in advance

Thanks Eric, I am kinda confused at the moment, everything seems fine but for some reason the form will not reach the "redirect page" I designated. I checked the path and all and it is right, I can get to the page by using a browser,

See it here ... http://www.metal-stock.com/site/global/thx4quote.html

but not when the form is submitted. When I press submit on my form, the form disappears, but the page the form was on stays up ... I have a quote form and a contact form ... and the same thing happens on both. They were working fine on my server, this just happened as I moved to the permanent server.

You can try the contact form if you want, just send a message to the webmaster from the pull down menu. (the last one on the list)

Thanks again

Did you just recently upgrade to the next version of form builder?

Well, I re-processed the forms, and still the same thing ... once I hit submit, the forms disappear (but the page it was on stays) ... but it does not fetch the "thank you" page that I designated as a redirect. Funny because it was working fine on my server. I checked the PHP version, the paths and all is right and I can access the redirect pages using a browser.

??
