Is it possible to have payment on a form as an option.

So the form would be like:

do you want to pay a deposit online?
[ ] Yes [ ] No

{if yes is selected then payment option is enabled, if no is selected then it isn't}

If there is a way, I have completely missed it!!

Cheers.

Yes, it is!

Go to settings and enable the payment options and fill in your PayPal info
Create your form
Have a 'Radio Button' field for the Yes-No
Have a 'Number' field for the payment amount
Select the 'Number' field and then select options tab
On the Payments option select 'Price Input'
On the options tab scroll down to 'Show Element' and select 'Using Display Rule'
Select the form element 'Radio Button'
Select the Operator as 'is'
Select the value as 'Yes'
Click the icon next to 'insert'

When you preview your form now, you should see everything except the payment option. When you select 'Yes' on the radio button then the payment line should display.

Hope this helps.

I've tried that, but even when I click on no and submit it redirects me to the PayPal page to pay. :/

Okay. Sounds like you might have missed a step. The block where you enter a payment amount should not even show on the form if you set it up right. And if that block doesn't show, it should not take you to paypal. Make sure the form field for the amount is not set to 'Required' And re-check the steps above. I have set up a couple of forms in this manner and they all work.

The payment required should not matter if it's still hidden on submit.:)

Simon have a look again at the help file it gives an example. If you get stuck contact me I will help you. I love this feature, it is really powerful once you realize its potential. It is the basics of any programs ability to make decisions.
