Have you checked on your host within the form directory to see if there's an error log?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Usually if there's a problem with the php end of a script the host will generate a error.log file pointing to the cause. This file will be on your host within the directory of the offending code.

So
Sorry - I cut off the rest of message -
is there something I should check within the site or the form program? I believe I was on php7.4 for a problem CC was having with the forms a while back (could be quite awhile !).
I used CC software exclusively - is there an issue with going to a more recent php?
Thanks in advance
