Does your system meet the minimum requirements?

1. .NET 3.5+
2. Internet Explorer 7+

Have you tried rebooting and running the installer again?

Also try installing using the Run as Administrator setting by right clicking over the installation file and choosing the Run as Administrator option. *really wishes Microsoft would never had added all this crap security that we just have to override constantly to install and run programs anyways* :P

Install can take a long time where it seems nothing is happening (no hard drive activity light or anything), but it is working and will finally install. Mine took about 15 minutes.

Strange Tony, you must have an extremely slow computer lol. I agree the form builder takes a bit to install, but I'm pretty sure it was done in less than 3 minutes on mine.

I have the same problem in Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Webform Builder tells me it installed correctly, but it will not run. I tried run as administrator, still nothing. When I use the Windows trouble shooter it says that it is an incompatible application. I have never had a bad Coffeecup product before, so not sure why this one won't run. I'm using the latest version of WerbForm Builder.

Sorry you are having those problems. What you are describing sounds like a bad install. What I would like you to first do is uninstall the version you have now and then download the software again from our website. To download any registered software or to download any free upgrades, please go to My Products from within your account. Once the software list appears, click the "download" button next to the software you wish to install.

Hopefully this has fixed your issue. If it does not, then we need to get our hands a bit more dirty.

Follow these steps:

1. Uninstall the software.

2. You will need to visit this site (http://www.ccleaner.com/), and download the free version by following the download links, then install it onto your computer. Now you will need to run the application and select the Registry tool on the left, then scan for issues. Next you will need to click "Fix selected issues" and do not back up the changes to the registry. Then click on the option to fix all selected issues.

3. Reboot

4. Repeat step 2 to make sure all issues were fixed. If new issues were found, reboot one more time.

Now we need to make sure .NET is installed:

1. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=21 and download dotNetFx35setup.exe and install it.

2. Reboot.

Now we are going to clear out all Windows Temp files:

Windows XP: Go to the Start Menu > Run and type %TEMP% and hit enter. I want you to select all the files and delete them. You may get a warning on one or two files that you cannot delete them, but that is ok.

Windows Vista/7: Go to the Start Menu and in the white box type %TEMP% and hit enter. I want you to select all the files and delete them. You may get a warning on one or two files that you cannot delete them, but that is ok.

Now it's time to re-install the software

1. To download any registered software or to download any free upgrades, please go to My Products from within your account. Once the software list appears, click the "download" button next to the software you wish to install.

2. Install Web Form Builder

With any luck, you should now be good to go! :)

Hi.
Web form Builder is sadly not compatible with Windows 8+
Is there a roadmap for an upgrade release?

Thanks in advance,

Neil.
