I have a client that has Micro 365 and they are not receiving emails from the form. I have tried the same form to another address and it works fine. Anybody have a thought on this ?

Hi Byron,

I may be stating the obvious but is it going to spam, or getting blocked by firewalls?

Hello Steve - no on the spam but I don't know about firewalls. Will try to check that one out

Yea its worth a check. I know in a lot of business environments they have a whitelist and blacklist. Sometimes the form submissions get blocked by the Exchange Online server thinking its spam.

I contacted the IT guy and he whitelisted the email address. Waiting on that - - THANKS
