I could not get my form to work. Cannot send email after pressing the Submit button. Please advised! I have edited the user.cfg.php file. Please take a look at the form below. Thanks!

I would try it with your form republished as the form builder makes it first:) If you altered the scripts then their going to want you to do this anyways to rule out your tinkering.

Sorry you are having problems. You can find instructions here at http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … g-reasons/ on how to fix this issue. Also, you are using a considerably older version of Web Form Builder. I would suggest you also download the latest update from our website as well.


To download any registered software or upgrades, please go to Your Purchases from within your account. Once the software list appears, click the "download" button next to the software you wish to install.
