I am wanting to log Serial Numbers using a Drop Down Box with 100 Unique Serial Numbers, when the production staff select a Serial Number i want to place a tick next to it to show it has already been used.
Any other ideas are welcome.

This would require either a php and JS script to accomplish this. Would this be the only thing on the Form?
