What you have to do here is FTP into your server and change the permissions of the Storage folder to 755 and that should fix the issue.

I guess I am going to have to call GoDaddy for that? Also I noticed on the server that when I upload the "linking" folder that the subfolder "storage" is not being uploaded for some reason.

If that folder is missing, that is your problem. That folder has to be there.

I uploaded my form to my server at 1 and 1.com. The form loads on my web page but has this error listed on the bottom of the form before the submit button

Input error: k: Format of site key was invalid

Can you please advise, here is the code for my form:

<script type="text/javascript">document.write(unescape("%3Ciframe src=\"Booking Form for Ormond Beach Rentals/Booking Form for Ormond Beach Rentals.html\" width=\"602\" height=\"2146\"allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"%3E&lt;a href=\"Booking Form for Ormond Beach Rentals.php\" title=\"Booking Form for Ormond Beach Rentals\"&gt;Check out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;%3C/iframe%3E"));</script>

If you load your form and you see this error message where the reCAPTCHA box should be:

Input error: k: Format of site key was invalid

This means your CAPTCHA settings are still set to Automatic (S-Drive). To correct this, follow these steps:

Open your form and go to the Form Options tab.
Under Captcha, change it from Automatic (S-Drive Only) to Manual
In your browser, go to http://www.google.com/recaptcha/whyrecaptcha to obtain your own keys. When you sign up, make sure to check the box next to Enable this key on all domains (global key).

Now paste the Public and Private keys into Web Form Builder.

Save and upload all of your files to your server.

That's it! :)
