Perhaps a more pressing priority would be to have a responsive form first so that people using mobile devices can look complete it etc without having to scroll or finger pinch it.

You are not supposed to upload the folder with the name ending in _exported, only the contents of it. If you do that correctly, you won't have the very long url.
