I fixed the posted code for you.;) What domain are we working with? Are the files uploaded?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

No, I'm not uploading any of the "newly redone" site until this weekend probably. I just wanted to see what the new form looked like :(

It's for www.violaduo.com. As is, it won't fit where the current form is (on the lesson registration page).
I'm still trying to finish all the other pages before I upload the whole thing.

Oh haha, you edited my post. Awesome. I'll go fix it now.

Ok, the 2nd blank form is gone. Do you want me to upload a pic of what it looks like on the local preview?

So you don't have any of the form files uploaded to your site? This won't work as a local preview until you do.

No I don't. Why can I see everything else in the preview but not the form?

That's kind of pointless...but I guess I will just work on the rest of the site and hope that when I upload everything, it will look right!

Just to be clear, the myformname_exported folder is the one I have (it contains all the files) loaded into my site folder where all the html pages are located. Is that right?

And thanks for working with me on this.

Yup, upload the contents of the folder to the root of your site and add the script to one of your pages and publish. The form should show online but not locally until you alter the script code.

<script type="text/javascript">document.write(unescape("%3Ciframe src=\"http://www.violaduo.com/LessonRegistration2012/LessonRegistration2012.html\" width=\"420\" height=\"966\"allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"%3E&lt;a href=\"http://www.violaduo.com/LessonRegistration2012.php\" title=\"LessonRegistration2012\"&gt;Check out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;%3C/iframe%3E"));</script>
<noscript>
<iframe width="420" height="966" style="border:none; background:transparent; overflow:hidden;"
src="http://www.violaduo.com/LessonRegistration2012/LessonRegistration2012.html">
&lt;a href="http://www.violaduo.com/LessonRegistration2012.php" title="LessonRegistration2012"&gt;Check
out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;
</iframe>
</noscript>

Thank you!!

Now that I'm previewing other pages on my site, I guess the Jukebox doesn't preview either, locally. Haha, I will learn eventually.

All these scripts will preview locally if you add the files to your site by either using the add files tool or in the case of the web jukebox the add flash tool.;) The new form builder is a little more difficult to do this with because of the file structure but the jukebox is easy.

Eric What I do is make a copy of the folder and php file and dump them both in the preview folder in my case C:\Documents and Settings\*****\Local Settings\Temp\vsd_tmpdir

It gets a bit cluttered if you are working on a few sites but as long as you keep the form folders and the corresponding php file it previews ok. A fresh copy of the site gets created there each time a full preview is made. Because it is on your computer the form wont fire. I didn't say can't that's another story.

I haven't got the jukebox but if I use a flash movie I put a copy in the preview folder as well as the necessary script in a html box. Should work the same way. Here is a tip. As the preview folder is a long way down, once you find it create a shortcut and put that in the quick launch bar. That way you can open it with a click and copy whatever to it. You still have to upload all files the site requires however it is not all automatic.
