I had this exact issue and ended up reinstalling windows to fix it.
I would open a support topic and tell them to look at my support room for a similar problem. Also reference this thread.

Well - I really can not reinstall windows for this issue. Please dont take that wrong, but we are talking a lot of software I would have to reinstall.

Can you get me a Mac version I could try on my MacBook. I was looking for a demo but couldn't find one on your site.

In the mean time, I was able to find a backup from another webserver I had and uploaded it. I guess I can make the necessary modifications in notepad.

Tim, this is a user forum and we are user just like you. We do not work for CoffeeCup. If you want to interact with CoffeeCup personnel then you need to open a support topic as Eric suggested. Just click on 'Support' on the top menu, then select 'Your Support Room' and you'll see the option to open a ticket.

Upload it as a zip file and give a link. You should have some S_Drive storage. The form can be tested by members here. As a thought you mentioned 3 forms could they be interfering with each other. One other point. In the form folder is a html file ie giving.html point the browser at that to see if that displays.
