Hey all , I am a newbie on the forum and I apologize in advance for asking a question that probably has been asked before, but here goes -
Is there a way with the Web Form Builder to have the responses from the website come directly to my email instead of using the s-drive? And if I have to use the s-drive, is there still a way to get emails to my inbox with all of the form data on it? I am fairly new to this so any help would be wonderful. I am also not a techie so any step by step instructions would be extremely helpful as well - thanks so much!!

Maybe I will create a tutorial tonight on how to do this. It's been asked many times.

As Promised here is a tutorial on how to configure the email settings in Web Form Builder. I have added a twist too, I have also included how to add the webform to Responsive Layout Maker. Enjoy!

Here's an unusual request. I am looking to use a form for an online petition, the form is working fine and sends the results to a csv file. The question is, is there any way to display how many times the form has been submitted and the petition signed?

Hey Dale,

Not sure I understand what exactly you want to do? Is this information not sent via email to you. A link to the form may help with the understanding too.

thanks

Thanks Steve. The form results go to a csv file which is people who have signed our petition. This form http://www.extra-gtfc.co.uk/petition/pe … ition.html will go inside an iframe on our website which will encourage people to sign our petition. What i would like to achieve is effectively telling the people who sign the petition how many people have so far signed it.

Have you thought of a visitor counter. But I guess that would only tell you how many people visited the page and not how many actually signed the petition. Hmm interesting. I am sure there is a script that can tally the number of times the submit button was hit but I would not be the best guy to answer that question. Hang tight maybe one of the advanced coders will chime in here.
