Okay a progress report on the inaccessible S-drive form.
As usual my ISP said it wasn't them and must be CoffeeCup. I pointed out that several of you were able to access the form. So I did some "circle" testing. I used different local ISPs. We isolated one ISP that could not access the form. My Internet Provider buys its service or connects "upstream" to them. "They" are Telus, one of the biggest communication companies in the world. (Largest North American wireless provider, Canada's third-largest telecom service provider, etc, etc.)
So tickets have been issued and investigations conducted.
My ISP has just provided me with the following update:

And to the CoffeeCup team no doubt lurking on this thread, we'll let this play out. Either way, I'll post more results as they come in.
