The forms are not showing up - its with Blue host and it upgraded to the latest version of PHP. It was showing up for awhile but not they are gone and the hosting comp says it the site not them.
Am I missing something here?

After Talking with the hosting company for the fourth time I got someone that had knowledge. I was not aware that you could clear server cache - and that seems to have cleared it up. Is this common?
