Hello

I use Go Daddy - I have used the form builder literally hundreds of times generally with no problem at all. But this form will not deliver after submitting. Seems Like I read that there was a setting that someone had gotten daddy point out to them and it started to work.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Thanks Eric - I finally remembered. I needed to change the setting to remote mail exchanger and not local

Thanks

I hope it's OK to add this in here as I'm having an issue with a new form and getting an error.

This form is on an addon domain if that makes any difference. I did try what Eric suggested and still get this error.

I'm attaching an image the error I'm getting.

OK, I just checked my email and all three submissions came through but still getting the error message on the form on the site.

I figured out what the error message means. It just won't send the confirm email to that address. I can put one of my other email addresses in the form in the confirm email and it goes through. Why would it not take my other address?

I use that address in other forms without any issues.

Did you try setting your forms config manually?

I did do that but not quite sure I got it correct. It does work with one of my other email addresses which I found kind of strange.

I have never run into this before even using the same addon domain to test forms.

That email does exist and usable?
